Laurel Securities Private Limited (Laurel) was incorporated on 20, January, 1995, with the main objective of operating as a Stock Broker. Laurel was registered on the Capital Market Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on February 27, 1996. Further it was registered on NSE’s Futures & Options (F&O) segment on March 11, 2002. As a member of National Stock Exchange of India, we started equity trading on behalf of our clients on May 15, 1996 in the CM Segment and May 15, 2002 in the F&O Segment.

As the time passed, we registered ourselves as trading members in the Currency Derivatives (CD) & Segment and Securities Lending and Borrowing Scheme (SLBS) Segment.

Ltd is owned and managed by experienced professionals who have been serving the company since 1995 with a target to render timely, independent and objective counsel in the areas pertaining to capital market, equity and currency trading. Our constant focus is on scaling and upgrading the technology and infrastructure with the aim of providing the best services to the investors.

Prakash Baid

Mr. Prakash Baid, FCA, CS, has more than 35 years of experience in stock market and allied operations. He plays a huge role in the strategic decision-makings, overall growth and development of the organization. His experience has given the company a strong platform to rise upon. He has a broad knowledge of organizing, managing and supporting the day to day activities required for running an organization He also inspires the team by being actively involved in all internal programs and services, and works to develop a broad and deep knowledge base for of all the programs. He is the overall supervisor, administrator and control head of the firm.

Pramod Baid

Mr. Pramod Baid, FCA, CS, has combined experiences in diverse fields, which includes Accounting, Auditing, Financial Planning and Corporate matters to facilitate the organization to strategies, plan and effectively implement sustainable business model.  He is very flexible with strong team-working skills. He is able to work individually and as a part of a group seamlessly.

Maanvardhan Baid

Mr. Maanvardhan Baid is a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur with 15 years of experience in Capital Markets. He has worked with ABN Amro Bank, ICICI Bank & Deutsche Equities in Mumbai, London, Hong Kong & Singapore prior to joining Laurel in 2009. He focusses on generating ideas for investment & trading.
